Job Description
We are looking for a Barista to join our clients team.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a leading contract catering company that provides a service to a wide range of businesses in the hospitality industry namely hotels care homes leading coffee shops and restaurants and is located in Qormi.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serving customers; selling cakes coffee pastries and other products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee tea and speciality beverages that meet high quality standards.
- Handling of all payments through the use of both the POS and EPOS.
- Maintaining client relationships including order taking and the handling of client feedback.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Having a confident friendly and engaging personality with a serviceoriented approach.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Maltese and computer literate.
- Should be of a smart appearance.
WORKING TIME
Shift basis; Monday to Sunday two days off (depending on the roster) 40 hours per week.
