The Field Specialist Aeroderivative Mechanical Heavy Duty and Compressors coordinates and oversees work at the field site providing quality service to the customer. Responsibilities include providing technical direction and assistance to customers interpreting data providing technical instruction and training assisting customers in scheduling maintenance and ensuring equipment and parts meet established schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university College Degree or High school Diploma.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a field service or maintenance position.
  • Experience participating in Minor/Major outages.
  • Knowledge of L1 service Boroscopies.
  • Ability to understand and implement technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures for GE Aero Derivate Gas turbines and their auxiliaries.
  • Experience working with Heavy duty products such as Frame 3 5 7.
  • Experience working with Gas Compressors including Centrifugal and Reciprocating types.
  • Troubleshooting experience.
  • Availability to travel 80% of the time.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Able to work offshore and overseas.
  • Work experience:

Utilizar tu cartera de clientes existente y relaciones establecidas para impulsar las ventas y ampliar nuestra base de clientes. Seguir de cerca el progreso de las ventas, identificar reas de mejora y proporcionar orientaci n y entrenamiento continuo al equipo para maximizar el rendimiento. Desarrollo de Clientes: Identificar y desarrollar relaciones con nuevos clientes potenciales, incluyendo empresas industriales, comerciales y organizaciones gubernamentales. Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar y ejecutar campa as efectivas que generen inter s y demanda en el mercado. Participar en eventos de la industria, ferias comerciales y otras oportunidades de networking para promover la marca y generar leads cualificados. An lisis y Reporte: Recopilar y analizar datos de ventas y rendimiento para evaluar el xito de las estrategias comerciales y hacer recomendaciones para mejoras. Preparar informes peri dicos para la direcci n sobre el progreso de las ventas, las tendencias del mercado y las oportunidades de crecimiento. Requisitos: Experiencia previa demostrada en ventas comerciales, con un enfoque espec fico en la industria fotovoltaica y energ a solar. Cartera de clientes establecida en el sector industrial y comercial. Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y guiar a un equipo de ventas hacia el logro de objetivos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci n y negociaci n, con la capacidad de establecer relaciones s lidas con clientes y colegas. Orientaci n hacia resultados y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente en un entorno din mico y en evoluci n.
