WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a highly passionate young & experienced professional with a background in people/HRBP development and management who wants to make a leap in their career as a People & Culture Lead who will grow a team of 25 to 100 (regionally) within the next 2 years.
You will be working closely with the CEO management and Team Lead members to ensure that we can grow exponentially (and expand globally) while we boost performance and elevate happiness among everyone on our team.
You will be responsible for all employee lifecycle and continuously recommend how our team can be more effective across all areas from talent acquisition performance career pathways development leadership and engagement.
(1) Working with the CEO and Team Lead to foster a positive work environment that supports team performance and promotes employee engagement under our culture & values;
(2) Recruiting new hires and ensuring a smooth & impressive employee journeyfrom recruit pipeline and interviews to onboarding.
(2) Promoting cultures and core values and determining how the companys goal and vision can be synchronized and extended with employee careers & life goals
(3) Proactive engagement & communications continuously drive team building & team bonding elements (activities events recognitions etc.) under the direction of the CEO.
(4) Serving as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and resolve issues
(5) Champion talent retention through talent development training upskill/reskilling and recognition programs.
(6) Periodically monitoring & managing employee performance reviews along with Team Lead across departments.
What you need to have.
* **Min. Bachelors Degree in any field** * **510 years experience in People/Organizational Management or HR Consulting** * Experience in a smallmedium size but highperformance team/organization (Series A startups HR management consulting) is a strong plus. * Highly entrepreneurial mindset with wellrounded skills and comfortable (or passionate)to doeverythingonyourown or work independently even starting from scratch on your own. * Excitement and passion for our mission and products. * Selfinitiated selfmotivated energetic and never settled. * Strong passion for winning and going the extra mile to achieve beyond expectations. * Good teamplay spirit with the ability to listen and communicate with others. * Able to speak Thai.
