Job Description
- Achieve mutually agreed objectives through the implementation of sales strategies and plans
- Maintain strategic business relationships ensuring high quality of service level being delivered to customers
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers while providing ongoing support to high-value clients
- Identify customer needs and opportunities by analysing sales gaps and developing strategies to minimise or close these gaps
- Serve as a liaison between clients and various company departments
- Oversee daily sales support/planning activities
- Monitor business adherence to company's sales strategy
