Answer queries and provide support to employees/HR Business Partners on Firm benefit programs and resources
Liaise with Health and Wellbeing related vendors to resolve issues, monitor invoice processes and review vendor performance in line with agreed SLAs
Coordinate and execute local and regional related events, such as face-to-face or virtual webinars/trainings designed to meet the needs of employees, managers and/or other stakeholders
Collaborate with other HR functions, employee-led networks and wellbeing influencers in delivering targeted programs and communication
Work closely with various internal departments on communications and promotional campaigns (emails, posters, etc.)
