Job Description

Formulates recommendation to legal issues and provide legal services and corporate secretariat duties
- Drafts negotiates and review contracts and legal documents required in HO and plant operations
- Issue legal opinions on contract interpretation and implementation in coordination with department
- Provide guidance and suggested course of action to legal issues and queries involving HO and plant operations
- Provide support including review of bidding documents and project development
- Prepare letters and correspondences in connection with legal issues referred.
- Support legal counsels on general legal services including corporate housekeeping and litigation 7.Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Member Philippine Bar preferably with work experience in energy utilities industry
