This position is responsible for partnering with Business Transformation leaders to provide strategic input governance and delivery capability to programs and projects that have a substantive impact on the companys financial results. Work as a key leader on a team of business transformation executives that will manage in a crossfunctional environment to enable and empower GBC and offshore operations to deliver the best client performance. This is a key strategic role with high visibility and impact on clients internal stakeholders and the overall operational quality and cost effectiveness of the organization.
Drive Business transformation by implementing delivery and operational excellence practices and initiatives through multiple projects across the organization.
Description of Responsibilities
1 Innovate and Transform existing Businesses to drive business outcomes and value to both GBC and Client
2 Support & monitor operation to make it measurable repeatable and predictable
3 Transform organization to create system and process for Noiseless Delivery
4 Create client centric roadmap and transform organization to intelligent operation.
5 Create client centric roadmap and transform organization to intelligent operation.
6 Engaging upfront in solutioning & transitioning of deals to enforce rigor and day 1 stable. Lead process reengineering and automation initiatives aligned to client expectation like Green SLA Higher Productivity Transparency in Process outcomes etc.
7 Evaluate replication opportunities for solution being developed on Automation & Process improvements.
8 Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like
Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.
9 Coach train and deploy human centered thinking based on Design thinking concepts
