Design

• Create design for the mass production of ceramic tiles
• Liaise with the client and interpret and work to a brief. (design matching new product portfolio)
• Decide on decorative Techniques and appropriate glazes inks granilia
• Development of new design according to the market trend
• Scanning of different objects (wood metal cement tiles etc) to create or copy new designs
• Working on Digital Plotter based on requirement of work (Comparison of inks new design testing new inks lab requirement R&D)
• Selection of new marbles or Laminates from Market to enhance the sensibility and sensitivity Towards aesthetic and requirement of customer

Coordination Graphics/Showroom

• Prepare work and products for exhibition
• Working on different software to achieve desired results
• Collaborating with subsidiaries to know Market Trends New Techniques Design development work Technical Tools and methodologies
• Inputs to R&D lab and marketing people to have edge and perfect design portfolio against our Competitor
• Managing design bank to keep record of design portfolio based on design given to customer and new design developed according to surface or type of tiles
• Visualization of the designs by making graphics.
• Responsibility of showroom work including panels customer wise tiles details.
• OPEN HOUSE setup with making technical catalogue for customers & sales persons.
• Coordinate with sales persons & Italy / Spain for graphics technical details & new products information.
• Taking track & responsibility of tiles receiving from out of INDIA for individual customers as well as for showrooms.
