Designation R&D and Technical Assistance Manager (Morbi)

Reports To Chief Technical Manager

• Participation in the promotion of new products to customers in cooperation with the Commercial Manager the Area Sales Managers and the Chief Technical Manager.
• Participation in the development of new products in coordination with R&D Manager (Sanand)
• Participation in the industrial trials process at the customer site to finalize the R&D activities.
• Analysis of the customers technical needs and provision of advice on the production process and the use of Colorobbia products through the Technical Coordinator.
• Any technical issues escalated from the technical coordinator for resolution have to be handled by him before escalating to the R&D team at Sanand.
• Communication to the Commercial Manager of any possible noncompliance of the product and corrective action suggestions TA
• Participation in the coordination of laboratory maintenance activities (like ball mills plotter weigh scale and other equipment) and providing for the periodic control of types of equipment and types of machinery.
