Position: IT Benefits Analyst
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee employee benefits programs encompassing health insurance retirement plans and company perks.
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries clarifications and issue resolution regarding benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure precise and timely enrollment changes and terminations in benefit plans.
- Conduct routine audits and assessments of benefit data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with vendors and thirdparty administrators to address benefitrelated concerns and ensure seamless program operations.
- Analyze benefit usage trends and data to offer insights and recommendations for enhancing benefits and managing costs.
- Stay abreast of changes in benefit laws regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
- Develop and distribute communication materials presentations and training sessions to educate employees on benefits and encourage participation.
- Participate in the annual benefits renewal process including evaluating plan designs negotiating with vendors and facilitating open enrollment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in benefits administration ideally within an IT or techoriented environment.
- Thorough understanding of employee benefits programs spanning health retirement and voluntary benefits.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex benefit concepts to employees of all levels.
- Analytical acumen to interpret and analyze benefit data and trends effectively.
- Detailoriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance in benefit administration.
- Proficiency in benefits administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with benefit laws and regulations such as ERISA ACA and HIPAA.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
