Job Description
Title: Business Analyst
Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in writing and analyzing detailed business requirement documents and use cases.
- Proficiency in creating use case diagrams and activity diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio.
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance and training to team members.
- Familiarity with working in a webbased ticketing system
