Appointment Setter - Your time to Shine

Were seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic Sales Team!

In this role youll play a vital role in our success by prospecting for potential clients in need of ourstaffing solutions . Youll be the first point of contact building rapport and effectively communicating our value proposition.

What Youll Do:

• Proactively identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our staffing solutions.
• Reach new clients through coldcalling emailing and scheduling meetings with qualified leads.
• Effectively communicate our value proposition and answer prospect questions about our staffing services.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments within our CRM system.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Youre a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• English proficiency (Native / Advanced level C1 or C2)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales preferably within the staffing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident and persuasive approach with the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with ATS & CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus!)
