David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Spanish speakingCulture and Communication Trainer to join their team in Cairo.
Position:Culture and Communication Trainer
Location: Cairo Egypt

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on enhancing communication skills cultural sensitivity and crosscultural understanding specifically tailored for Spanishspeaking employees
- Create engaging and interactive training materials including presentations workshops and elearning modules to support the learning objectives
- Conduct training sessions both inperson and virtually ensuring active participation and understanding among participants
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and performance metrics and make continuous improvements
- Provide oneonone coaching and support to employees as needed to address specific communication challenges or cultural differences
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and cultural nuances relevant to the BPO industry and the Germanspeaking market
- Assist in onboarding new employees providing cultural orientation and language support as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Spanish (native or nearnative proficiency) is essential fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Bachelors degree in Communication Intercultural Studies Education or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Previosuexperience as a trainer or facilitator delivering culture and communication training programs in a multicultural environment
- Strong understanding of cultural differences communication styles and business etiquette in both Spanishspeaking countries and the global context
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development is highly desirable
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees at all levels
- Flexibility to adapt training methods and content to meet the needs of different learning styles and cultural backgrounds
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with elearning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Certification in training or coaching (e.g. CTT CPLP ACC) is an advantage.
