Job Description

Tasks : End to End -Sourcing, Recruiting and onboarding new employees in EU Region and India. Creation of the personnel requirementplanning Sourcing, Recruiting andonboarding new employees in EU Region and India. Exposure to ATS Platform, Linkedin Sourcing and otherrecruitment tech platforms. Further developmentof the onboarding strategy Implementation and tracking ofemployer branding initiatives Preparation of discussionsand documentation of probationary periods, feedback and developmentdiscussions Support for new employees in integrating tocompany. Personnel data management and administration(digitization of documents) Cooperation with the other European country organizations. Conditions: Bachelor s or Master s Degree Sound knowleddge on Globalrecruitment process especially EU region. Prior experiencemandatory. Sound experience in the entire recruitingprocess Good knowledge of employerbranding. Confident handling of MS Office applications and Recruitment ATS platforms. Excellent English speaking andcontent writing skills Perks : • This is a total remote job.
