As a Regional Director for our client you will be responsible for the management oversight of care homes within a portolfio of 4 homes in the South Central region.

We are happy to speak to Home Managers who are looking for that next step!

You will support the home managers reporting to you in ensuring that care provision meets company policy CQC and local and national government expectations by handling any escalated issues and conducting regular reviews and support visits.

You must have:

• Previous senior management experience
• Previous clinical experience within nursing
• Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations particularly in reference to a care home setting
• Experience with multisite management
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels
• Ability to manage a varied workload
