Job Description

Position: Regional Director
Location: London
Employment Type: FullTime
Salary: Up to £85000 with Benefits

About Us: Our client has 30 care homes across the south of England. They are committed to providing exceptional care and support to their residents ensuring they lead fulfilling and dignified lives. With a portfolio of 10 care homes across London and the surrounding area we pride ourselves on our personcentred approach outstanding staff and high standards of care.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to oversee and manage our portfolio of 10 care homes. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the delivery of highquality care operational excellence and continuous improvement across all homes. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader adept at driving performance and fostering a culture of compassion and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership to home managers inspiring and guiding them to achieve excellence in care delivery and operational performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure all care homes comply with regulatory requirements company policies and industry standards. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care implementing improvement plans where necessary.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budget management financial planning and resource allocation to ensure the sustainability and profitability of each care home.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance frameworks conduct regular audits and lead initiatives to enhance care standards and resident satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Promote professional development and training for all staff fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents families staff and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or care home sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in care homes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop highperforming teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare management nursing or a related field are highly desirable.
