Location: Remote (based within CET 2 hours)
Employment Type: Freelance 20 hours
Responsibilities:
Masterfully manage calendars and schedules to optimize daily operations.
Handle email correspondence efficiently ensuring clear and timely communication.
Design create and maintain advanced Google Sheets to support datadriven decisionmaking.
Utilize Notion extensively for project management documentation and team collaboration.
Facilitate and support virtual meetings and events ensuring seamless digital experiences.
Streamline processes through automation improving efficiency and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations that highlight insights and drive business strategies.
Address and manage a range of general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects focused on operational improvements.
General Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar operational role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a focus on efficiency and process optimization.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Notion with a strong grasp of automations and system integrations.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and adept at problemsolving.
Techsavvy with a reliable internet connection.
Available during key business hours within the Central European Time zone (flexibility required for some overlap).
