You can actually find us anywhere in Poland Romania Hungary and Ukraine. Thanks to our remotefirst strategy FOTC employees can work from wherever they want. Our headquarter is located in the centre of Wrocaw Poland and everyone is welcome there no matter if they want to meet in person or just have a sip of good coffee.

Currently we are looking for a person who will join us on the position of:

Junior Cloud Support Specialist for Polish and Ukrainian Market

Your responsibilities will include:

• solving technical problems of the companys customers related to the use of Google Workspace
• providing support for migration from thirdparty solutions to Google Workspace
• conducting trainings for customers on the Google Workspace solution
• Participation in presales meetings with customers
• appearing at industry events providing support for the sales and marketing department from tech perspective.

Requirements:

• Polish and English language on very good level (at least B2) and Ukrainian language on a native level
• previous experience in IT environment (DNS Operating Systems Networks)
• knowledge of Google services like Gmail Drive and Calendar
• willingness to work with customers and support them on a daily basis.

Knowledge nice to have:

• Experience in administering Google Workspace
• knowledge of command lines (CLI) and basics of Linux
• SaaS services (CRM Ticket Management etc.).
