Designation : Operations Lead Coordinator
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Communicate and coordinate with Client Organization Senior officials.
Cross functional Skill set required to manage and adapt for the External Vendors as and when required.
MIS Skills Should be able to analyze data points able to communicate with supportive data.
Coordinate with Companies cross functional teams and act as Second in lead for Operations function.
Day to day communication and coordination with key stakeholders
Monitoring of key project activities plans and progresses.
Managing calls and discussions
Providing day to day support to conduct flawless examinations for SSC.
Handling of exam related confidential and sensitive data.
Identify business risks and plan for mitigation strategies and ensure business continuity.
