Position Purpose:

Content Writing is an important role at Reach First which involves creating various types of online content for US and Canadian businesses in the form of Blog Posts Articles Press Releases Web Copy Social Media Content and much more. Our ideal candidate is a person who has a flair for writing is creative has the ability to develop a clear sense of the market and customers he/she writes for and is wellversed in social media management.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Master in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): NA

Experience:

  • Proven working experience in a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Produce wellresearched content for publication online.
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organizations mission to inspire ideas and content.
  • Create thoughtful personalized and brandrelevant content strategies and then execute them across multiple online channels/platforms.
  • Communicate and cooperate with a writing team including a content manager editors and web publishers.
  • Follow an editorial calendar collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Write an SEOoptimized and compelling copy that evokes a direct response from the targeted audience.
  • Analyze and test the optimal ways for consumers to find and consume content.
  • Develop related content for multiple platforms such as websites email marketing product descriptions and blogs.
  • Implement the copywriting best practices while collaborating with designers.
  • Proofread and edit existing copy for quality assurance.
  • Gather data by research and convert it into engaging content.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
  • Performing other relevant tasks as per requirement.


Requirements

  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
  • A fair understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to apply them.
  • An impeccable grasp of the English language including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients colleagues and management.
  • Knowledge and execution of the structure and content of the English language.
  • Ability to ensure appropriate consistent and accurate use of branding.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality accuracy and consistency in writing.
  • Must have the ability to translate technical terms into a conversational tone.
  • Good time management skills including prioritizing scheduling and adapting as necessary.
  • Listen to and understand information and ideas presented verbally.
  • Ability to present ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Proficiency with computers especially writing programs such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with each clients requirements and the companys brand image products and services.

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product offering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable results.
