Job Description
- Drive insightful analysis on incentive KPIs and key revenue drivers and that align with our top-line business objectives
- Capture and maintain business requirements, playbooks and documentation to ensure all commissioned teams have clear understanding of their incentives
- Direct the activities of junior resources to deliver on compensation processes and objectives (both direct reports and indirect reports)
