Job Description

Convert walkin traffic into clients creating excitement and desire around the product.

Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to each customer.

Build relationships with clients.

Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Assist in store operations.

Support in marketing activities by studying advertising sales promotion and display plans and assisting in execution

o Flexible to take on multiple responsibilities.

Professional Background & Functional Knowledge :

o Experience in luxury retail service or hospitality environment.

o Extensive experience in personal customer liaison with HNI clients.

o Professional experience in a sales role for high end watches and jewellery will be preferred.

Skills :

o Ability to hold conversations with ultra HNIs.

o Effective communicator. Excellent in written and oral English. Any other foreign language will be an added advantage.

o Ability to adaptively perform in an evolving environment.

Travel :

Willingness to travel as per business requirement.

Work Off : 6 offs a month to be rotatedas per the store roster.

Working Time : 10:30am to 7:30 pm

May require to stretch work hours occasionally.


Position Overview Vendor Spoc is a key position in merchandising department. The person would be responsible for coordinating with internal departments, store and Vendors. The candidate should have fair knowledge of Gold Jewellery and should be good with computer operation and excel. Role and Responsibilities Receiving and maintaining stock from various departments and Store. Coordinating with vendors for returning the products. Generate sales invoice or purchase return to vendors. Maintaining stock count and tally as per department reports. Critical Competencies Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Action oriented and highly motivated. Proficient in software and Excel. Should be good at mathematical calculations. Should be a people s person and have an engaging conversation style should be a great listener. Qualifications and Education Requirements Graduate from any field. Minimum of 2 year of experience jewellery industry. Preferred skills and experience: Computer Operation. Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
