Job Description

- Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
- Foster a caring environment that respects patients dignity
- Maintain a high quality of nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses
- Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided
- Take the lead role in case of a medical or psychiatric emergency and therapeutically intervene and deescalate patients
- Be detail oriented to ensure that the blood collected meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused
- Contribute to a friendly and fun environment; team up with coworkers to keep donors coming back repeatedly
- Be a model of professionalism and compassion with serving as an ambassador to this organization
Requirements
Our minimum requirements to begin the process are the following:
- A valid nursing license
- BLS verification
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Be willing to complete online training
- Physical up to date within a year

Proven experience as a licensed nurse. Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible and compassionate. Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. Patient with excellent problem-solving skills. A valid nursing license.
