Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Lead to join our clients team in Jakarta. The Finance Lead will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage financial models to support business planning and decisionmaking.
2. Conduct budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
3. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements reports and analyses.
4. Present financial information to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
5. Oversee daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting principles standards and regulatory requirements.
7. Manage cash flow and liquidity optimizing working capital and ensuring adequate funds for operational needs.
8. Coordinate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with Government regulations.
9. Implement taxsaving strategies and initiatives.
10. Provide strategic financial guidance to support business decisions and longterm planning.
11. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
12. Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate exposure.
13. Develop and maintain robust internal controls.
