This role focuses on managing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud (EPM) particularly Oracle Cloud EPM Planning and Financial Consolidation Close Solution modules. Key responsibilities include designing building and deploying these solutions leading analysis and design efforts in collaboration with the finance team conducting thorough testing and ensuring ongoing solution stability and improvements.

The main responsibilities of an Oracle EPM include:

• Support creating smart view templates/retrieval sheets and financial reports.
• Strong experience in updating calc scripts business rules web forms and reports
• Strong experience in Planning complex rules and modifying existing rules.
• Primary job functions include gathering business requirements managing forecast processes budgets and consolidation processes.
• Provide extensive daytoday/month/quarterend support to corporate and factory users
• Partnering with end users to modify EPM planning budgeting forecasting and consolidation functions.
• Experience with functional test of web form changes implemented in FCCS to check the given functionality works as implemented in the existing onprem EPM system
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• System documentation
• Supporting data integrations
• Updating metadata as needed
• Monitoring/Maintaining task management (close calendar) user provisioning and data load troubleshooting if needed.
• Performing ad hoc and routine financial close tasks (running monthend close processes maintaining a reports calendar)
  
  

To apply you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• BS Degree in Information Technology Information Systems Accounting Finance or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of Oracle EPM implementation and support experience
• Strong functional understanding of Financial Forecasting Consolidation and External Reporting
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong functional understanding of Financial Consolidation and External Reporting
• Proven ability to lead issues and bring them to closure.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  
  

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

• Understanding of Cash Management and Projects within Oracle EPM cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience of tools like SAP BPC is a plus

• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN SSS Pagibig & Philhealth).
