Wireless Operations Mgr requires:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations of the wireless communication sector in Canada required.

A minimum of 5 years of client relationship management.

Experience with managing a minimum annual profit and loss of $20 million preferred.

Thorough knowledge of telecommunication construction practices required.

Approximately 40% travel may be required in support of the positions responsibilities.

Strong organization planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.

Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.

Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results.

Wireless Operations Mgr duties:

Implement the business plan to achieve defined goals and objectives including capital and expense responsibilities as defined for the Canada portfolio.

Address all site repairs maintenance and compliance issues; ensure the structural integrity of the portfolio is maintained.

Support the Sales team with customer engagement as needed in generating new leases on existing sites as well as new builds buildtosuit and rooftop projects.

Support growth and business development efforts by providing market and customer intelligence on M&A opportunities.

Oversee the development efforts for new wireless sites; support client communications to drive growth of the existing assets and secure opportunities to add profitable new towers to the portfolio.
