Job Overview:
The Senior Project Managers will serve as the principal line of communication for the project team. The
duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Develop and manage resourceloaded and leveled project plans.
- Maintain project metrics in accordance with established standards.
- Maintain performance metrics in accordance with department standards.
- Serve as a liaison with users.
- Provide handson leadership for complex projects.
- Provide project progress reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders as well as executive leadership.
- Manage project spend plans.
- Manage resources for associated projects.
- Maintain all project artifacts in accordance with Program Management Office (PMO) standards and other documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with Chapter 60GG1 Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).
- Lead and/or assist in business requirement gathering sessions for Joint Application Development (JADs).
- Work closely with customers stakeholders and IT software developers to document business requirements.
- Develop AsIs ToBe and other required business analysis documentation.
- Lead and develop the implementation of business process improvement recommendations.
- Follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts.
- Manage expectations of diverse stakeholders and provide regular briefings to executives. and
- Work independently as part of a larger crossfunctional team.
- Project Management Professional (PMP ) Certification.
- Five (5) or more years managing successful largescale projects that include multiple diverse teams.
- Five (5) or more years utilizing project software such as Microsoft Project Primavera Jira etc. to track and maintain projects.
- Five (5) or more years developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules based on work breakdown structures.
- Five (5) or more years of experience with PMO methodologies and documentation.
- Five (5) or more years of experience with meeting facilitation and documentation.
- Five (5) or more years creating and presenting internal and external status reports.
- Five (5) or more years of experience with risk and issue management.
- Experience with completing project deliverables within the scope schedule costs and quality constraints.
- Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives.
- Ability to provide effective communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience working with ServiceNow and DocuSign software.
- Experience providing excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Certification in Agile or Scrumbased Project Management.
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations Certified.
- Experience managing projects with a large distributed user base.
- Experience managing both waterfall and agile projects (preference in waterfall).
- Experience with state government projects.
- Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG1 F.A.C.
- Experience working with technical programming teams.
- Ability to demonstrate a takecharge cando attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems.
- Strong communication skills (written and orally) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Skills in negotiation mediation facilitation and team building.
- Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment.
- Experience managing vendor projects.
- Knowledge in other IT areas such as programming data analytics etc.
- Team player with a highenergy level and diligent work ethic.
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines thrive in a fastpaced environment and organize and prioritize activities.
