Job Description
Designation Construction Head
Job Location Mumbai EPC HO office
Qualification & BE Civil / Electrical
Demonstrated expertise with over 15 to 18 years of experience in construction within the territory
of 220KV and higher voltage substations and transmission line projects.
Project Planning and Execution Management:
Collaborate in the development of project execution schedules for various projects.
Assume ownership of project execution ensuring adherence to cost and profitability targets.
Meet project milestones outlined in the bar chart including submitting invoices managing
payment collection reconciling accounts and overseeing site closure and handover to the
customer.
Financial Oversight:
Track Profit & Loss based on booked margins billing and collection of payments.
Plan and monitor human resources allocation to optimize project efficiency.
Supplier and Subcontractor Management:
Coordinate the preparation of invitations to quotes evaluate quotes compile contract
documentation and monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitoring and Escalation Handling:
Review project status reports from regional coordinators and serve as the interface between
clients and project coordinators to address escalations promptly.
Reporting and Control:
Compile and submit regionwise project status reports to the General Manager of Project
Management & Control.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
Conduct and participate in customer meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Foster and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and promote
repeat business.
Safety Health and Environment Compliance:
Oversee compliance with safety health and environmental regulations for machinery and
manpower.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate with government bodies agencies and interfacing contractors to facilitate
project execution processes.
