Data Engineer

Years of exp: 5 to 7 years
CTc Range: 11 to 12 LPA
Database knowledge data management person who can do parting and cleansing of data
4 to 5 years in Advanced level of SQL complex Tableau manipulation different logics and combination
Knowledge of Pyspark will be a plus
Work of mode: The hybrid model is fine
Work timing: The candidate needs to be flexible in work timings. It is a general shift but candidates should be flexible in supporting when it is required.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis preferably in a tech or communityfocused environment.
Excellent skills in Excel including complex formulas pivot tables and data manipulation.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
Proficiency in Tableau for creating and maintaining dashboards.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive data reports to track key metrics and trends related to community engagement and user behavior.
Design build and manage Tableau dashboards ensuring they are userfriendly and updated regularly with accurate data.
Monitor platform analytics regularly to identify any unusual patterns or irregularities conducting indepth analyses to understand underlying causes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management and marketing to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data visualization.
