Senior Real Estate Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior real estate consultant to join our dynamic team. As a senior consultant you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and projects and residential investments your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our clients towards successful financial decisions.

Mission of the role:

Responsible for managing rental properties and leasing units ensuring they are not empty and achieving an excellent relationship with their clients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute leases by property management policies.
Collect and process rental payments s and any other related fees.
Announce available rental properties to attract prospective tenants.
Maintain accurate lease contracts rental payments and tenant information.
Prepare property reports and financial statements at the request of management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Industrial Engineering etc.
Strong experience in sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English Level C1

Desirable: Experience and knowledge in Real Estate.
