Your mission:

As the Head of Customer Success you will have an exciting and impactful role where you will develop and cultivate relationships with our public sector clients with a strong emphasis on customer retention and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing managing and developing all customer success activity with public sector client organizations for the market Sweden and Norway. Being in charge of our customer portfolio and overseeing the strategies to best connect with our customers in addition to managing and prioritising the project workload are key areas for this role.

    What We Need:

    • Demonstrable experience in customer success or consultancy related positions

    • Experience in leading a team

    • You are familiar with working with Customer Success Tools CRM systems customer analysis and strategies

    • You have natural leadership skills and are comfortable with motivating and developing your team.

    • Fluency in English and Swedish and/or Norwegian both written and spoken

    • Having affinity with IT and experience within public tendering and procurement is a plus.

    Start date: As soon as possible
    Duration: Full time Permanent
    Working hours: Office hours Hybrid/remote.
    Location: Flexible. Preferably Norway or Sweden
