Your responsibilities

By integrating the People team Youll be reporting to our Head of Finance & HR ops. Your main mission is to coordinate & execute the HR operations at Cafeyn Group for our 5 countries (UK FR CA MA and NL) with the support of our great local HR manager in Morocco & our external partners.

Your mission as an HR Ops Manager

Admin & Payroll

    • Administrative management of teams: administrative onboarding & offboarding via our HRIS (Lucca)
    • Management of outsourced payroll: guarantee of the calendar collection and entry of variable elements link with the payroll service providers validation coordination with finance for the transfer of wages.
    • Followup of contractual changes and payroll impacts (amendments promotion etc.)
    • Updating data in our HR system (absence personal data payroll data etc.) to ensure the smooth running of the payroll process and the reliability of reporting
    • Monitoring of all the regulation / laws / best practices evolutions of legal and social HR rules in France and regular update on trends in Other Cafeyn countries

      Process & Knowledge management
    • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
    • Contact point for teams and managers for any questions on payroll contracts and HR policies.

      Compensation & Benefits management
    • Implement the appropriate policies.
    • Optimize our social management.

      Data collection & management about HR key metrics
    • Build & analyze HR reporting & Kpi

      Handle Staff Representative (CSE)
    • Follow up with the social agenda
    • Schedule and ensure the preparation and successful execution of the meetings
    • Ensure a good understanding of legal and social rules for CSE

      Employee legal topics
    • Be the contact point for our lawyers and will handle employee legal cases inside the company as the technical support of the managers


    Who are we looking for

    You are at the right place if you have/are

    5 year minimum experience in a similar role
    Organised very rigorous and at ease with various IT tools Excel and numbers
    Capacity to handle numerous requests simultaneously

    A solid knowledge of employment law
    Recognised for your interpersonal skills your sense of service and confidentiality as well as your proactivity.
    A fluent level of English.
    A good sense of curiosity and ability / envy to work in a very dynamic but also always evolving environment

      Experience with Lucca is a plus
      A second foreign language would be a plus
