Team Assistant

A leading international Law firm is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Team Assistant to join their expanding office in Berlin. If you have a degree and initial administrative experience then this could be the perfect career for you!

Tasks

In this role alongside your team you are supporting the Attorneys with administrative tasks. The role will include but is not limited to:

• Correspondence in English and German
• Preparation checking & editing documents
• Billing & invoicing tasks
• Organising meetings and travel
• Research

Requirements

I am hoping to hear from candidates who have a degree level qualification in translation linguistics business administration communications (or similar. You should have gained ideally at least 2 years experience in an administrative function from professional services or a legal environment. Other requirements include:

• Fluent English and German (written & spoken)
• Advanced MS office skills
• A stress resistant personality
• A flexible and very proactive approach
