Picnic is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in running App Promotion campaigns on social media channels such as Facebook Instagram TikTok. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of handson experience in driving user acquisition strategies optimizing campaigns and achieving measurable results. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and innovative company in the fastpaced Food & Drinks industry.

What youll do

As a performance marketing specialist paid social you will work with a 7figure yearly budget. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Develop and implement robust paid advertising campaigns on social media channels such as Facebook Instagram & TikTok to drive user acquisition.
• Monitor and analyze metrics in Adjust provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities to refine and enhance strategies.

About you

• 3 5 years of handson paid social advertising experience.
• Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition for mobile apps and meeting KPI targets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (such as Adjust and Tableau) to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally.
• Indepth knowledge of the ecommerce and mobile app industry trends.
• For bonus points: affinity with Dutch or German language
