Job Title: Java Enterprise Architect
Location: Bentonville AR or Dallas TX (Onsite) (Local Candidates Only)
Job Type: Fulltime/Contract

Responsibilities:

• Design and cultivate Javabased enterprise applications and systems architecture.
• Spearhead technical dialogues and furnish guidance on optimum practices in Java development.
• Collaborate with multifaceted teams to devise and enact scalable and dependable software resolutions.
• Conduct code appraisals pinpoint areas for enhancement and ensure adherence to coding protocols.
• Assess and integrate new technologies to amplify system performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and cultivate an atmosphere of continual learning and ingenuity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business prerequisites and transmute them into technical resolutions.
• Provide technical prowess and assistance throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Formulate and maintain technical documentation for architecture design and implementation processes.
• Remain abreast of industry trends and breakthroughs in Java technologies and advocate pertinent updates or modifications to the architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Java Enterprise Architect or akin role in sculpting and executing enterprisescale applications.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE Spring Framework Microservices architecture and associated technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Offshore/Onshore Model.
• Superlative analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate congenially in a team milieu and lead technical deliberations.
• Certification in Java technologies or enterprise architecture (optional but preferred).
