Position: Training Manager Learning and Development
Department: Learning & Development
CTC: Defer AS Per your Interview.
Location: Chennai & Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduation.
We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager in Learning and Development within the Life Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic learning plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement effective training programs utilizing various methodologies.
- Create and update training materials ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Identify and nurture highpotential employees through tailored development plans.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree / Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in Learning and Development in the Life Insurance sector Min 2 Years
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in learning management systems.
