We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager in Learning and Development within the Life Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic learning plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement effective training programs utilizing various methodologies.
• Create and update training materials ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Identify and nurture highpotential employees through tailored development plans.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree / Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in Learning and Development in the Life Insurance sector Min 2 Years
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in learning management systems.
