Job Description
Position: Senior Advertising Account Manager (Brand Owner)
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Remote work predominantly with one day per week in our Johannesburg Sandton office.

Over the past two years alone we have donated over R21 million in products to charitable causes through our Green Giveback initiative and have amplified marketing budgets by more than R155 million.
Job Objective:
As a Senior Advertising Account Manager your goal will be to generate R5 million in revenue annually and facilitate the distribution of R35 million in products with R7mto R10 million in products allocated to charity through our Green Giveback initiative. Your role will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities and managing significant client relationships to achieve these targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- New business development.
- Manage and expand relationships with key clients ensuring their advertising needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
- Design and implement effective advertising campaigns that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft creative strategies and concepts.
- Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for account growth including upselling additional services.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in advertising account management.
- Extensive knowledge of various advertising platforms including TV radio outdoor and online.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A proven track record in managing large client accounts and achieving significant advertising sales.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment and meet challenging deadlines.
- A bachelors degree in marketing advertising or related fields is advantageous.
Compensation:
- Salary range: R20000 to R35000 per month.
- Competitive commission structure with the potential to earn up to 12.5% of gross profit.
