Job Description: This role is responsible for configuration and implementation of ERP including Oracle HCM modules.
This includes the techno functional support of HCM business solutions in Oracle and in ongoing business operations.
He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders business partners technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact
Responsibilities Minimum 4 Years of Implementation experience in OTL Global Payroll. Implementation experience in Compensation Talent or Performance modules.
Full project lifecycle experience (requirements gathering fit/gap analysis functional design UAT and associated modules. Should have good communication skills and have experience in liaising with the client.
Should be ready to work late night to have 34 hours of overlap with PST based stakeholders. Essential Skills Job Should have experience with Oracle HCM modules is must. Should have minimum 1 years experience with system implementations.
Have done at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Should have good functional (process) knowledge in the area(s) of work.
Should have sound knowledge of SQL PL/SQL. Personal Should understand business objectives and organization structure
