Job Title: Team Lead
Location: Mohali
Job Summary:
As a Team Lead at Jugnoo Fatafat you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies managing client relationships and ensuring the overall success of the sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in acquiring SME B2B businesses and driving adoption and scalability of our product.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard SME B2B clients.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to communicate product value effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance product offerings and sales materials.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME B2B clients ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales particularly with SMEs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in MEAN Stack. Strong knowledge of monitoring and debugging tools such as New Relic, Kibana, Grafana, and others. Familiarity with AWS services. Solid experience with cloud-based applications and rollouts. Ability to translate business requirements into practical IT solutions. Excellent complex problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities. Hands-on experience with high-availability architecture. Experience working with databases like MySQL and MongoDB at scale with unmanaged hosted replications.
