Job Description
This is a remote position.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records using excel and powerbi.
Programme Journey Tracking:
- Track and monitor the progress of clients through various stages of the programme journey including salary claims and training progress.
- Generate reports and analytics on progress pipeline utilised budget and other relevant metrics to support decisionmaking by the management team.
Government Grants Management:
- Manage the application process for government grants on behalf of clients including gathering necessary documentation completing application forms and submitting applications within specified deadlines.
Requirements
- Prior experience in programme management preferred.
- Preferably with 23 years of experience in compliance or similar role
- Strong advanced excel skills is mandatory. Familiarity with powerbi and other data management tools is an advantage.
- Experience in managing government grant applications or similar administrative processes such as compliance is a plus.
