AEM Adobe Experience Manager Front-End Developer

• Develop new userfacing features for our Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEM) instance.
  
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application usability.
  
• Implement responsive design to ensure the website is functional on all devices.
  
• Bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks and works.
  
• Adhere to client s design principles and branding.
  
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders including backend developers and user experience designers.
  
• Maintain and improve our website troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for the frontend codebase and AEM integration.
  
• Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface software architecture and new technologies.
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in frontend development.
  
• Ability to adapt to new tools and a constantly changing tech stack.
  
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service.
  
• Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML5 CSS3.
  
• Good understanding of serverside CSS preprocessing platforms i.e. SASS.
  
• Strong knowledge of clientside scripting and JavaScript frameworks including jQuery.
  
• Knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks like ReactJS VueJS and others.
  
• Proficient understanding of asynchronous request handling partial page updates and AJAX.
  
• Proficient understanding of crossbrowser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently.
  
• Knowledge of Coveo and other searchasaservice tools.
  
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with crossfunction team.
  
• Detailedoriented methodical and prefers a structured approach to tasks.
  
• Able to meet deadlines consistently and problemsolve with strong attention to detail.
