2 weeks/month or Fulltime
Patient Volume: 2022 (clinic); TBD (hospital)
Patient Demographics: Adults
Case Mix: Cardiac electrophysiology; specifically heart rhythm disturbances
Required Procedures:
Include Cath Lab in the hospital (consults 34 per day plus EP cases 46 a day depending on case length)
Support Staff: TBD
No. of Beds: 268
EMR: Cerner
Other Info: Cath Lab Schedules:
Between MonFri; 7a530p: at the hospital
Every Wed; 8a5p (clinic)
Every 2nd Fri of the month 8a5p (Telemed Clinic)
Every 4th Fri of the month 8a5p (clinic; 1st patient at 9a)
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active AZ License or IMLC
BC/BE
AZ DEA
ACLS
At least 1 yr of experience
COVID & Flu Vaccination proofs/exemptions
Electrophysiology procedures
