Job Overview:
Our client a dynamic conglomerate renowned for its expertise in Real Estate and other industries is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daytoday operations at construction sites. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities ensuring safety and quality standards and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction site operations including safety quality and productivity.
Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Monitor progress against project plans and schedules making adjustments as necessary.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Resolve conflicts and issues that arise on the construction site.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Manage site resources including equipment materials and manpower.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management preferably in real estate construction.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
Requirements The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily: Minimum of a HND/ BSC in Estate Management or Similar discipline 5 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization Must be able to demonstrate your experience of managing property and projects The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision-making, and a hands on approach Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills
