About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and datapassionate Business Analytics Manager responsible for structuring data conducting review and analysis and documenting processes to support business decisionmaking. This role involves creating analyzing and providing insights on gathered data as well as implementing and supporting business information systems across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and objectives and develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Lead regular business and performance analysis including product line and overall business profitability assessments with the ability to outline problems opportunities and solutions based on data.
  • Collaborate with department owners to evaluate processes anticipate requirements uncover areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions.
  • Gather analyze and compile data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for business actions to drive profit and loss (P&L).
  • Lead monthly forecasting monitor performance results and conduct gap analysis to achieve target objectives.
  • Identify and investigate variances discrepancies or deviations from forecasted figures and analyze root causes.
  • Transform raw data and automate extraction of reports from multiple sources such as operations marketing and customer feedback.


Good to Have:
  • Demonstrated track record of managing small to mediumsized projects.
  • Programming/coding experience.
  • Experience in digital analytics and CRM data.
  • Knowledge in analytics process improvement.
  • Experience in the financial industry.


Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of relevant work experience in an analytical role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is essential; knowledge of Google Analytics Metabase R SQL and automation tools such as Zapier is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in data visualization to communicate insights effectively.
  • Ability to develop productivity and business improvement strategies through associated analysis.
  • Ability to apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Structured problemsolving skills including root cause analysis and business process design.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving attitude.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Selfstarter with a resultsoriented mindset capable of driving change in a startup environment.
  • High sense of urgency and exemplary work ethics.
  • Willingness to work in Makati on a hybrid work arrangement and flexibility with shift changes as required.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and objectivity to make rational businessfocused recommendations.
