Job Description

Job Title: Collections Specialist

Location: Remote for now but will move to an office soon

Shift: Weekdays 7am4pm

Account: Australian

Salary: PHP 25000 PM 30000 PM

Join our foundational and existing Manila Team.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team in Manila Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections management within the financial services sector preferably with experience in Australian organizations. As a Collections Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the collections team developing and implementing strategies to optimize collections performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fastpaced and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Account Management (Quickzy Finance is known for its excellent Customer Service we take pride in handling our clients with the highest standard. We don t treat them just an ordinary customers but we put an effort in building rapport with them and helping to find the best possible solutions to any of their inquiries.)

Daily monitoring and updating of accounts.

Identify overdue accounts.

Collection efforts (Calls/Chat/SMS/Email) Attempt to collect the outstanding balance or arrange a payment plan.

Build/suggest collection processes that will maximize efficiency and collection rate.

Process payments and refunds.

Customer Service (Inbound Calls/Chat/Email).

Generate collection/customer service report.

Updating of records post collection.

Foster a positive and dynamic team culture ensuring that our values of doing big things and being accountable are upheld.

Requirements

  • Experience in collections management within the financial services sector preferably but not mandatory with exposure to Australian organizations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • A positive attitude and a knack for building a vibrant and engaging workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal effectively and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in setting up or managing operations in a new location is a plus.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to build a killer culture is essential
