The company is currently looking for a seasoned Capital Raising Director to join its team in Warsaw and actively contribute to the companys further growth in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to offer the existing fund portfolio to institutional clients including funds pension funds insurance companies banks family offices and HNWIs.
  
• Explore and establish distribution channels for the market particularly focusing on banks and investment intermediaries.
  
• Lead independent capitalraising operations within Poland and closely collaborate with the European HQ ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals of the fund.
  
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance product communication and brand presence in the Polish market.
  
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key investors and stakeholders providing highlevel account management and support.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital markets asset management private equity real estate investments or related fields.
  
• Proven track record of managing and growing investment funds and a welldeveloped network of potential investors.
  
• Deep knowledge of the Polish financial and investment landscape.
  
• Wellconnected with the market able to identify and efficiently close new opportunities.
  
• Strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills with the ability to operate independently.
  
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
  
• Fluent in English along with native Polish.
