QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate should have 10 years of overall IT experience with emphasis on technology project management.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience creating procedure documentation such as job aids templates forms flow diagrams and presentation decks.

5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology
Preferred:
CBAP and/or CSPO Certification
Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking
Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete

Require/Desire Skills

Years 10 Required Delivering business and systems analysis artifacts such as Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

Years 5 Required Agile Business Analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology

Years 8 Required Experience translating business and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories

Years 6 Required Proficient with defining acceptance criteria and managing acceptance process with development

Years 7 Required Experience creating wireframes and prototypes (using applications such as Balsamiq)

Years 8 Required Experience with large multimodule systems

Years 10 Required Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Access Outlook Visio PowerPoint Project Server)

Years 8 Required Experience with Application Lifecycle management (ALM)

Exceptional written and oral communications skills and have the proven ability tYears 10 Required o work well with a diverse set of peers and customers

Years 3 Desired Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification

Years 3 Desired Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking
