Excellent communication is must and this is Client facing role.

Workday Integration Payroll & Studio :

Workday Support or Implementation experience of at least two projects.
4 years of experience in Workday Integrations Payroll & Studio EIB Studio Document Transformation Calculated Fields XSLT / XML Web Services API.
Should have experience in designing and developing PECI PICOF EIBs Studio XSLT DT.
Should have the ability to have design discussions with the client
Ability to code write design / technical specifications perform code reviews understand integration strategies perform data conversions understand how HR interfaces with other modules
Need experience on transformation
Technical Integration Experience.

If they have worked on the integrations they can highlight few specific integration examples like time off integration to X vendor or worked on payroll connector to Y vendor for few countries. (PICOF/STUDIO/ PECI).
