Role: Genesys Cloud Developer
Location: Remote
Client: LTI Mindtree
Candidate pay Rate: 70/hr.
Job Description:
- 5 years of experience with the contact centre solutions.
- Expertise in Genesys Cloud solutions: Genesys Cloud Architect IVR callflows Routing.
- Handson with Genesys Cloud Scripting and JavaScript.
- Experience with applications leveraging APIs JSON or JavaScript in web applications.
- Queue & Call tree Management.
Good to Have:
- Genesys Cloud Professional certification.
- Knowledge or handson experience with Google Dialogue Flow.
