You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYour new role, what's involved?• Responsible for the wholistic review of contractor claims for extension of time, acceleration, and disruption cost claims.• Perform delay analysis and determine the time impact for each delay event and coordinate with the team to prepare recommendations for EOT claims submitted by the contractor.• Prepare the detailed delay analysis critical path impact schedule in Primavera P6 format.• Maintain a database and correspondence register required to review Claims.• Coordinate and consult with the Contracts Team to provide expert review of Claims. With a practical approach to planning & intricate delay analysis, you shall endeavor to minimize programme overruns where possible and clearly demonstrate the consequences of delay events.• Possess an expert level understanding of all stages of a claim from initial strategic methodology and historical analysis to the actual claim stage, and the post claim stage.• Analyze programmes and identify irregularities and discrepancies relating to time, cost, and resources from complex Contractor multi-scheduled programmes.• Prepare independent schedule impact analysis of complex claims and assist in the drafting of counterclaims against the Contractor's extensions of time claims.We'd love to hear from you if you have:• BSC degree in the Civil Engineering discipline . Preferably with a 2 yr post graduate degree in engineering management /management and PMP or PgMP• 15 experience of directly related experience in planning & scheduling both engineering and construction activities with 7 years exp in managerial role• Experience on design & construction of large scale building projects including SuperRise Towers• Proven ability to perform management role . Excellent oral and written communication• Conduct presentations to management and interface eefectively with a diverse group of preofessionals• Profeciency in scheduling software including Primavera P6.2 Claim Digger, Schedule Analyser and other presentation software like MS office ,Viso , crystal reports• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations Minimum 2 years experience in construction supervision of high rise building PMC projects• Must have a strong leadership quality to lead and motivate the team• Must be computer literate and able to utilise computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills
